Located on the slopes of the Venetian foothills, near the hills of Valdobbiadene, the Portico House is built for a young couple and has everything a modern couple needs.
The style is simple and respectful of the context, with one exception: the wooden volume that comes out of the roof. A south-facing veranda provides protection from sunlighting.
The living area is an open, transparent and convivial space where the kitchen, the dining area and the living room merge into a single space and thanks to the sliding windows creates an architectural promenade that continues outside; the covered terrace is an extension of the living area and can be used in any weather. The bedrooms area is more protected and consists of a master bedroom, a single bedroom, a laundry room and a bathroom.

Situata alle pendici della pedemontana veneta, vicino alle colline di Valdobbiadene, la casa portico è costruita per una giovane coppia ed ha tutto ciò di cui una coppia moderna ha bisogno.
Planimetry
Lo stile è semplice e rispettoso del contesto, con una sola eccezione: il volume in legno che fuoriesce dal tetto. Una veranda esposta a sud permette il riparo dall’illuminazione.
La zona giorno è uno spazio aperto – trasparente e conviviale dove la cucina, la zona pranzo ed il salotto si fondono in un unico ambiente e grazie alle vetrate scorrevoli crea una promenade architectural che continua anche all’esterno; il terrazzo, coperto, è un estensione della zona giorno e può essere utilizzato con qualsiasi tempo atmosferico. La zona zotte è più protetta ed è costituita da una camera patronale, una camera singola, lavanderia ed un bagno.
